FILE

Citizens lodge their case via the e-Filing Terminal. Counsel may be retained; self-represented filing is allowed for civil matters.

REVIEW

A presiding magistrate reviews the filing within statutory time. Admitted cases enter the docket; rejected filings carry written grounds.

HEAR

Hearings are scheduled with notice to all parties. Evidence and arguments are examined under the Evidence Act, 1872.

RULE

A verdict is published with full reasoning. Aggrieved parties may file appeal before the Appellate Division.
